Very nice and relaxing experience. The hotel is very welcoming and complete with all services and in a very convenient location. As for the animation, if I could I would give 10 stars. All the animators are fantastic people, each in their own way. We were very impressed by the charisma of the entertainment manager Aurora, always ready to raise a smile and very captivating and ironic. Very convenient location practically in the center of Alba and both Villa Rosa and Tortoreto can be easily reached by bike. Renovated rooms and super helpful staff with excellent food. Excellent value for money ! We really had a great time.

The position is optimal, because it is located in front of the sea, unfortunately this year the erosion phenomenon has made it necessary to install some rocks on the shore and this has made it not easy to enter the water Private parking and possibility to use bikes for free for the first 3 hours. The reception staff is very kind and smiling, always ready to find the right solution. The room overlooks the sea and from the sixth floor the whole coast was visible, it is a bit small but very clean, and with air conditioning As for the restaurant, lunch and dinner are served and every evening you can choose the menu for the following day; the food plentiful and varied, and the staff is available for any changes as well as granting numerous encores. Sweets are very good. the breakfast buffet is rich and varied. The dining room staff is very competent, thanks to Debora for her impeccable coordination and supervision. the structure is suitable for children, it is very close to bambinopoli. The hotel is also equipped with a very clean swimming pool and a whirlpool. Hotel a few steps from the sea, 20 mt. Clean, with all the comforts, swimming pool, not large but clean, private parking, even if parking is easily found in the area. Wi-Fi always working, beach service, excellent cuisine, plentiful, served at the table by waiters: polite, kind, nice guys. I mention only the one who follows us and with whom I have made friends, Jordan but I repeat they are all exemplary. All hotel staff are helpful, polite and approachable. Well done to the owner Maurizio has put up an excellent structure and has a great team. Thank you all for your professionalism.

We initially stayed at this property for 3 nights, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended by one night given the possibility! What can I say... Impeccable service and courtesy starting from the reception, with a special mention to dear Mary during the day and to Jack for the night, without detracting from all the others. The boys and girls of the beach and pool service are sweet and nice. Restaurant service with a wide choice for both lunch and dinner and buffet breakfast. Attention to detail for CHILDREN, even the little ones with freshly made broth for both lunch and dinner. The guys are all young and very kind, but the sweetness and sympathy of Dafina and Jennifer made our meals unique. The rooms are all modern and quite large equipped with all comforts ... Impeccable cleanliness, not only in the rooms but throughout the hotel .... Lifts included! Surely we will come back to disturb you.... Marco, Valeria and little Lucrezia!

I stayed two weeks in this hotel (one in July and one in August) and my parents stayed for three weeks, so I can give an accurate assessment of the structure. The hotel is in an excellent position, in the center of the town and in front of the private beach where you have access to an umbrella and two deckchairs per room, on request you can have sunbeds for a small supplement. The rooms are furnished with new furniture and have a small balcony, working air conditioning and impeccable cleanliness. The restaurant offers table service with a choice of three courses for each dish, there is no vegetable buffet, but I never missed it because the portions were generous. The breakfast is varied and well presented, the croissants always hot and fragrant, the chocolate dumplings amazing!!!!! I recommend preparing a little more because they are addictive!!!! The dining room staff is mostly made up of very young people, but always friendly and smiling. A special thanks to Francesca and Emidio who took care of us with such care. The pool is welcoming and clean and the water is pleasantly warm, there is also a very relaxing jacuzzi. There is internal parking. Bottom line: was I good? YES Would I go back? ABSOLUTELY YES Thanks to Maurizio, the owner, who carefully manages an excellent team of collaborators. Keep it up. Federica Marano and family.
